Will this PSU handle this system?

I was gonna get the Corsair 520W PSU, but I am wanting to run the following:

E6600 OC'ed to 3.2Ghz
4x WD2500KS RAID 0
8800GTS
Corsair XMS 800Mhz RAM OC'ed to 1066Mhz
All fitted onto a Gigabyte DS3
With a CNPS9700 by Zalman
2x Sony DVD burners

Ceewi1, I am expecting something from you, man.

hmmmm, i think 520w would be sufficient for that system. i have a 500w superflower PSU that has been hardly used and it has blue LED's built into it so it looks pretty cool, if your interested pm me or email me [email protected].

A little off topic, but which set of Corsair DDR2-800 is that? the 4-4-4-12 or the 5-5-5-15? And, I say it again: Don't assume you'll get that high. The E6600 probably will make it to 3.2, but getting the 4-4-4-12 set to DDR2-1067 will be a challenge; the 5-5-5-15 set will be even less likely.
