It's Xion... All specs seem fine to me, PLEASE REVIEW THE 8800GTX MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND REVIEW THIS PSU.

get a 700w gamexstream, modular cables increase resistance and can have the leads wear out.

much much better value, 2x12v@20a vs 4x28v@18a

if not get the 600w version.

The Xion should be sufficient, but is far from good value. Is there anything in particular you are looking for in a PSU? The Corsiar HX520W is an excellent unit for an 8800GTX.
