Will this PSU work with my Mobo?

Actually, the serial ATA power connector gets plugged into the thermo-nuclear oscillating capacitance unit. If your motherboard doesn't have one, you got screwed. You should have bought Asus. It provides 21.4% more power on the unit seen here while drawing 6.41 less amps of current. That then saved me enough juice for the 6 harddrives I have plugged in to my two PATA interfaces.

Oh, and as said, yes it will work as you appear to have found out and that appears to be a very nice little unit if you don't mind my saying so.
