Will this PSU work?

OK well one of my friends in selling his brand new PSU for $20. A deal I can't pass up. It's an Ultra V Series 500W. Here's the link:

Well, it has a fairly strong +12v rail, so Yeah, it should do.

And at $20, what if it doesn't, it isn't that much.

Yeah, Tigerdirect's been selling them for free after rebate with free shipping on and off for quite some time. That's probably where your friend got it. Still a great deal, though, you certainly won't find anything better at that price.

I figured it would work great. I'm running a generic PSU which needs replaced so the Ultra should do the job.
