It will work, but I wouldn't recommend it. The mb will do 1800 w/o oc. I'd go with that or 1600. Also get 2 sticks for dual channel.
The linked RAM is only 1066 speed, not 10666 - and it's just 1 stick @ 4gb even tho the pic has 2 sticks.
