you could play it on high I think. If you got some extra money, buy a i5 2500k to be sure.

it should run great with that set up. im using a i5 2320, and a evga gtx 480, and it plays it on max settings on 1080p resolution, at a minimum of 40 fps. and i dont think the 2500k vs the 2400 will make any diffference in maxing this game out. a 480, will do that just fine with any quad core intel and maybe even amd cpu's

You need a more powerful PSU. The Corsair is a good brand but not enough power. Look at the CX 600 .
