Will This Run WOW at decent Framerate

Hello to everyone and thanks for any imput on my post.

To start off, the only game i tend to play is World of Warcraft and from my understanding, it doesnt need as much of a computer as many games out there now. I currently play on a horrible, old laptop that will only play the game on low settings.

My question is this... Based on the specs of the computer I am upgrading too, will it run WOW on best settings and at what type of framerate?

Here are the specs:

Part Number
WIN7HOMEPREM64.........Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit
BLKDP67DEB3................Intel P67D mATX S1155 DDR3
CM8062300834106.........Intel Core i5-2400 3.1GHz 6MB cache
SS-500ES....................500 Watt 80 Plus Power Supply w/ 80mm fan
AVF6451U64F9333AK2....8GB DDR3 1333Mhz Kit (2x4GB)
ST31000524AS.............1.00TB 7200RPM 32MB SATA3
WH12LS30....................LG 12X Blu-Ray Writer - SATA
012-P3-1571-KR............EVGA GeForce GTX570 1280MB PCI-E x16

Is there anything that I should change on the build? I will not be building it myself, but need to let the builder know something ASAP to get it finished. I dont know a ton about computers but do want something that I can enjoy and not have problems with.

Thanks for the help!

I would upgrade the power supply. It's a tad on the low side in terms of power to your graphics card. Besides that. Yes, this build will blow WoW away.

My only other suggestion is to get a second hardrive for data like music, video, documents, pictures, etc. That way if your operating system hard drive crashes you don't have to worry about losing anything important. Just get a new drive and reinstall windows.

Besides that, you are looking good. Some people would suggest possibly going for an upper model i5 like the 2500, but for WoW this is already more than enough.

Thanks Troncoso!

Anyone have any ideas on framerate I should expect on Ultra/Best settings?

A lot. I maxed WoW on my system (in my sig) and I would get up to 120. It would only drop when I was in a populated city or a 25man raid. and it only dropped to like 40 at the lowest.

One more question. Is there any programs recommended to monitor computer performance? Ive seen a few things that give nice stats about your computer. Any suggestions?

SeaSonic I believe.. not familiar enough to know if it is a good brand or not.

Temp and resource management... I know I can use task manager, but didnt know if there was something out there that showed better stats and such.
