Will this setup work?

everything looks compatible...but your ganna want more than 20gb and 128mb or ram. XP alone uses up 256mb...512mb now adays is the norm. btw what is your budget and what is this comp ganna be used for? just for surfing the web and word documents, im guessing.

Actually its just to see if it works. I am on a super low budget (150-230$) and will actually be using linux. As long as it boots up the OS and doesn't shut down after 2 minutes I'm happy. I already have another computer (see sig) so yeah.

You REALLY need more RAM than that... unless you plan to use a spare AGP card, you'll be cut pretty short from the onboard memory, and I know Linux likes a good amount of RAM...

Heh, once I tried to install Server 2003 on a machine. It required 128M RAM, and my mobo used 2M for video. The darn installer wouldn't let me continue because I didn't have EXACTLY 128M RAM...though I'm sure it would of worked :P

It's cheap, but why have you listed a power supply when one comes with the case? Particularly as the one in the case is probably better than the one you've selected.

Looks good for a computer that is "meant to be crappy". Then again, so would anything else with that criteria.:)

one thing wrong the motherboard and processor is not compatible. and i would spend a little more on a powersupply cause that one is not the best. it has dual rails but 14 amps on one and the other has 5 amps.
