Will this stuff work together

You forgot a new psu since the one that comes with the cases sucks or won't power all of that, and a better graphic card since the one you mentioned SUCKS

Edit:
oh yeah you forgot thermal paste

This WD HD is the one I have, it's great, and for only a little bit more it has double the cache of the one you picked. For a media computer this is important.

This ram is a little more expensive but the timings are much better. If you have not heard of OCZ it is a great brand, I have used it on many occasions.

This video card will better suit the rest of the system you put together. You picked out great components but the video card you chose just doesn't fit in.

This is Core 2 6400. After April 22, it will be about the same price as the model you chose, and will also have an additional 2MB of L2 cache. Wait until the price drop.

This is thermal compound, which goes between the CPU and the heatsink. Helps keep things nice and cool.

The case you picked doesn't come with a PSU, so better get one of those too. For your system I think 450W would be sufficient. If you want help picking one out, just ask. Hope this helps.

Edit: Anything I didn't mention is fine. Also, that Core 2 6400 will be renamed the 6420 after April 22.

A few things:
If you're building a PC solely for music production, this is a little bit of overkill. If price isn't an issue, then never mind, but if it is, you could downgrade to a $100 AMD CPU and 1GB memory.

Also, there is no reason to spend money on a new CPU fan if you aren't going to over clock, especially if you're using the E6300, which comes with a great stock fan. Also, this would save you the hassle of messing with thermal paste, as the E6300 heatsink already has it applied.

Finally, for $30, you could get a crappy 128MB PCI-E graphics card, which should be fine for you're uses.

If this PC is only for music, and not gaming, then you could save a lot of money, on your current build.

I guess I didn't really take into consideration what you are doing with it...PohTayToez is right. Still, if price isn't an issue, then I hope I still helped.
