Will this work with this motherboard

Seems like a silly question to me but i want to make sure this graphics card will work with my motherboard because a friend of mine said that id have to make sure the chip set supports it or somthing like that.
So wil these work together for sure?? (the video cards memory is different to my meory on mother board DDR, does this matter)

The chipset used to be known as the MCC, memory chip controller. It was the interface between the cpu and the ram. Now it's known as the chipset and it has a much wider range of duties..providing the interface to pretty much everything on the motherboard. So while it may interpret code from the PCI-e slot it does not have to be compatible with the card.. thats the mobos job. :)

Uhh if there is a PCI-E x16 slot on any motherboard it doesn't really matter what card you get. :confused:
