Will this work with this?

In another thread of mine i am building a new comp, I had this mobo in mind,
ASUS M2N32SLI DLX

but some one told me this is better,
DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra

but then some people pointed me to this RAM instead of the 675 i had, but looking at the sockets, this RAM wont go with the DFI LANPARTY which they
suggested,

the DFI that someone told you was better is the wrong socket


just stick with the M2N32 SLI-Deluxe, one of the best AM2 mobos out there

and that RAM i showed u at isquared inc is good
 
the DFI is an older board for s939 cpu's... and 184pin ddr dimm slots. the asus is a newer board for sAM2 cpu's... and 240pin ddr2 dimm slots.
that memory is compatible with the asus board, not the DFI board.
