I have finally put together my new pc system. can you check if all the hardware works togehter please?

Code:
3GB (KIT 3x1GB) DDR3 1066MHz CL7 KINGSTON BOX
ACUTAKE ACU-JEDI (black) tower, ATX, 4x5.25", 2+6x3.5", 510x190x445mm
GIGABYTE EX58-UD4 - X58/ ICH10R
ARCTIC FAN PRO TC [5x]
INTEL Core i7-920
MSI R4870X2-T2D2G-OC
CORSAIR TX850

If something does not go with anything else or I am missing anything please tell me.

Thank you very much for help

Looks good, I assume you have OS and Hard Drive, optical drive already. My suggestion would be faster RAM. 1066 is barely faster than my DDR2, so I would think its pretty slow for DDR3. Where are you buying?

Yes I do have the rest already. Ok I will look at the ram, it is pretty slow huh?

I am buying it in a local e-shop of my country.
If you want to check

I'm not sure if core i7 is worth getting into yet. Others may disagree with me and I havent done much research into the i7's. The cheapest core i7 I saw on newegg was almost double what I paid for my core 2 duo 3.0 ghz.

Yes, I definitely agree with Konsole. The performance/price of the i7 does not seem worth it. If I were buying, I would definitely stick with Core 2 Duo or Quad.

Well you are partially right but I was advised here to go for the i7 many times. I dont think i7 will have issues with todays games even in the far future. Also I am planning on using the hyperthreading quite a lot while I work.
Lets admit C2D has no future, i7 is the future. If I was buying 2 years before I would certainly go for C2D because it is great cpu but today I choose i7.

My point is that apps may not benefit hyper threading today but in future they will.

well ya its good for future proofing but I think the point is its not gonna be for a little while that the i7's are going to be fully utilized. By the time they do get fully utilized there may be better options out there. If you have the money and you dont mind having excessive processing power for a little while by all means go for it. When were they released like a month or two ago? Doubt much if anything out there really needs that much power atleast for a while.

Totally correct. Also you will be upgrading to the new socket which will help you support the next thing after i7 (I believe they will use the socket at least once more, like core duo to quads).
