wait, what is your budget? maybe you want to consider BUILDING a computer. It is not hard. If you want, Ill get you a link so you canl earn how to build a computer, and depending on your budgt, I may have already written an article for picking parts for your budget range.

Please if u can get me that link i would be interested in building one if i can afford it and also do it.
Never built one before, the most i have done is add a graphics card to my computer i already have. This computer sucks which is why i want a new one.

also daisy i dont understand... Does that acer need those parts in it? or is it all good already?

That Acer give good value. However, it only have onboard graphic card. I don't know how it performs with your game. So I suggest a upgrade of graphic card yourself. 3870/ 4670/ 9600GT would be a good choice for $70.
It may be best for you to get that PC first and try if it can run your game before doing upgrade.

And the PSU from acer is only 300W, which probably not juicy enough to power up an additional graphic card. And thus, I suggest a cheap upgrade for PSU.

Althernatively, you could build PC yourself.
Have a read for Anandtech System Buyers Guide: PCs for Under $1000.
AMD /Intel Entry PC. Just deduct the monitor/ speaker/ keyboard & Mouse and adding a video card. I would come out roughly same price with that roughly $500.

Video Card - any card with PCI-E slot could fit your motherboard. It would depends on your budget.

RAM - I have no idea why acer website said that. That motherboard support up to 8GB RAM. And the one in newegg have 3GB installed

After performing a search on the motherboard for your system, Dell does not give out much info. What it does state is a "PCI-E x16" specification not a PCI-E 2.0.

Even if you have a PCIe x 16 2.0 card, it works with just the PCIe x 16 slot. Trust me, Im doing it right now!

Heres the links. One of the guides is for $350-500, the other is 350 and below. Soon i will be releasing 500-700. Also, I posted a guide to building a computer (written by someon else though)
