They're the same socket, and tat mobo supports Phenom II processors, so yes.

P.S. Good dual-core processor. I had it before I went quad-core.

Hahaha, I just got that same board today, and will be using voyager's used CPU in it. Weird... yes, it will be fine. Otherwise I'm not gonna be very happy come friday.

If you wait a few days you'll be able to get the 955 for about $7 more than the 555. Maybe less.
