And this Processor:http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/amd-sempron-145-processor-09933617-pdt.html will they work together because it says on the motherboard specs that it supports multi core cpu's and the cpu i want is single will it work???

Yes that processor will work because AM3 processors work in AM3+ sockets and because that motherboard supports Sempron 100-series chips.

Mostly Games But Not The Newest Ones Something Like GTAIV do you yhink you could find a better one for cheap ??? the most i can pay for it is 40 pounds

You'll get crappy results with tat processor trying to play GTA IV. Look into at least a dual core Phenom.

You need to look at Intel Celeron Sandy Bridge CPUs. Dual cores, cheap and fast.

I built my system a month ago with a Celeron G540 (2.5 GHz) and it does well. My CPU cost $50 US which makes it the best bang for the bucks.

I Think Of Just Leaving It As It Is And When I Get Some More Money On Me I'll Sell The Single And I'll Buy The quad core at least
