I want to watch avi's on my PC and listen to the audio through the speakers on my tv. I use composite for the video, but to my knowledge I think the following combination will work:

and

Will they? And if so what out do I use for the audio line?
I currently have integrated sound on this motherboard, http://www.digit-life.com/articles2/mainboard/gigabyte-ga-k8ns-ultra-939-nforce3.html

It would be good to know what kind of TV you have. And the RCA cable and soundcard don't go well together since the sound card has no RCA female plug. But you could use a cable which changes it from 3.5mm to RCA or a 3.5mm to RCA adapter. If the TV uses two RCA plugs to get sound you could get the cable I suggested, I use one of those to connect my computer to my stereo system.

Usually the red and white are used for audio (stereo) and the yellow one for video.
