hi guys,
ive gota computer running windows 2000 and i want to get for it a 500gb pata HD for it, my question is will windows see the full HD space/size or wont it. thanx

I think it was SP2 that was needed to see above 130gb. As long as you have SP4 installed it will be fine. If your doing a clean install just Slipstream SP4 to your 2000 CD.

slipstream? im doing a clean/fresh install and ive only got windows 2000 cd i have to install it then update my computer to get sp4

Use nLite to slipstream SP4 to your 2000 CD before you do the clean install.
