win 64 bit drivers

i don't know how to solve this problem ,
i have sony lcd monitor SDM 19" X95K , and i can't find its win 64 bit driver,
i've got "billionton" blue tooth device and the same problem ,
1.where can i find their drivers?
2.do we have a program to create win 64- drivers from 32-bit drivers?
3.what this article is talking about ? i don't understand ? my english is not ok)

Your monitor doesn't need a driver, unless it has some weird USB functions or something... As for your bluetooth device, you'll have to see if the manufacturer carries something. Many companies probably don't carry 64bit drivers since so many people still use 32bit.
