win 7. help

Can anyone tell me if win xp pro 64 Bit was any good or did it have a lot of probplems???

And ware can I get win 7. Ultamit 64 Bit at a very Low Price?
 
I don't think Windows XP Pro 64bit had any major problems, I've heard of compatibility problems with programs such as Adobe Acrobat and Windows Media Player with people who had 64bit XP. But the industry is definitely heading in the 64bit direction, so more software will be released that is 64bit compatible.

The cheapest I could find Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit was on tigerdirect.ca and newegg.ca
 
It should be able to there are a lot of updates for programs that are made to work with Windows 7 but if there isn't you can run the programs in XP compatability mode
