I have win 7 ultimate. I have been having intermittent troubles with printing.
I decided to restore using a 2017 image. Upon retoring, the computer reboots normally and
I get into windows. However, when I restart or shut down and power on, win 7 won't boot.
I have used the repair disk and it finally says it cannot repair win 7. (I don't have installation disk.)
I have tried restoring with the image twice, both times boots into win 7, but 2nd time, won't boot.
What can be the trouble since it boots into win 7 the first time??
