Win 7- Is it worth upgrading?

My current os is Windows Vista ultimate and I am thinking of upgrading it to win 7. Do you think it is worth doing?

I would say so. I'm on Vista Ultimate too at the moment, but only because I haven't upgraded yet, may do it a little later on. I found it initially to not be as good as Vista, but mostly because I was used to Vista, but then once I got used to 7 saw how much better it is

It's worth it. It loads much faster than Vista in my case.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you are crazy imo if you don't upgrade to 7 . I have Win 7 Ultimate x64, runs great, ditched XP a long time ago.

Yep. I much prefer Windows 7 (to Vista and XP).

If you can afford it, go for it. It's certainly worth upgrading, IMO.

vista was/is a resource hog and slow as asse, i found xp to be quicker than vista-windows 7 on the other hand is what vista should have been
