I bought a new lap top with win 8 . where is the window mail?? How do I connect it?

You havent seen the Green Icon with the Envelope on it. Click it. The fabulous metro desktop.

The Windows 8 Mail app is one of the worst mail apps I've ever seen or used. You'd be much better off downloading and installing Windows Live Mail or another mail client such as Thunderbird.
