hi when i go to turn my pc off it says installing 1 of 1 update please dont turn your pc off it will shut down but it just sits there i left it overnight and it was still on that screen please help
 
try to disable automatic updates or choose not to turn it off after installing updates, u can tell it to shutdown without installing updates
 
Have you tried to do Windows updates manually by going to the Windows update site or picking Windows Update from the start menu? Maybe it will finish if you do it manually.
