Win XP not pass Genuine Windows Eval.?

How many virus programs do you think you need? I now see that you also have Microsoft Security Essentials installed as well. We need to remove some programs first.

I need you to post a log that combofix created but didn't show you automatically. Please navigate to c:\Qoobox and in that folder will be a file named add-remove programs.txt. Please open that file and copy and paste the contents in your next reply.

having multiple antivirus causes more problems than it solve it will slow you PC down amazingly just use these

Avast antivirus
Comodo firewall

"It says that Microsoft essentials is still on, but it's not anymore"

I've seen MS updates cause this issue as well, I had it happen to me on win7 before. Not sure about XP though.

if it is genuine Windows then maybe the files or folder that show that it is genuine got damaged or erased and so the validation will fail when updating on the microsoft website

then the only option will be to reload windows on it, make sure to write down the key number if theres not a sticker on the computer, if you dont have it borrow the same version of windows and use your key

I ran sysinternals Autoruns through his computer and I found 5 bad applications that makes a "back door" of your computer and it will download more crap onto his computer.

The Virus Problem is gone but it still says that it isn't Genuine Windows. My other Buddy says he has some software that can get a new registration key or something like that but I haven't heard from him for a while.

Thats means its keygen software which is Illegal and called piracy. Your best bet at this time is to back up software and reinstall windows fresh.
