Win10 crashed, lost tons of notes in open Wordpad windows

I had a whole bunch of Wordpad windows open with tons of REALLY important notes and reminders, which I DESPERATELY need to get back.

None of it was saved, it was just sitting there. Is there ANY way I can have ANY hope of getting that stuff back?

If they weren't saved then no, you can't get them back.

Try 'sticky notes' in Win10, it saves on a crash.

It's will easy to do, anytime you working with any kind of Docs. Hit the save button every 5 min. I know this won't bring your files back, but it is a learning note now.

Try looking in 'C:\Users\%YourAccount%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\WordPad\'

There may be some recovered .tmp files.

Trizoy: I had to look up your "binary numbers" to get what it means. I inserted my own binary into my signature.

Sadly nothing there. I'm trying with data recovery software, but no luck with that either so far.
