Win7 Ctrl+T hotkey clash with Chrome

Hi there,
hotkey CTRL+T should open up a new tab in Google Chrome but it conflicts with Windows hotkey which hides the taskbar of the desktop.

How can I in the Registry disable CTRL+T for Win but still allow it for Chrome?

If you don't plan on using any other Windows hotkeys then you could try the below tutorial on how to disable them.
Should allow you to use Google Chrome hotkeys still:
