i need to build a server with win7 but I have no space to for the monitor and keyboard. I would like to control the win7 remotely like NAS. Is it possible? If yes, what hardware and software do I need? Not sure if this is possible. I know the computer do not boot as keyboard is not connected. thanks

Yes, it is possible.

You will need to use a keyboard and monitor to set the system up initially, and you will have to use some sort of remote-access software like VNC.

When everything is set up so you can access the machine remotely, then you can go into the BIOS and set it to not stop on any errors during boot.

My Motherboard's BIOS has an option to stop for all errors except keyboard, if your motherboard has this then you could use that to and still have the advantage of stopping boot when there is an error with something more important.. :)

I host a Minecraft server from home. It's a simple standard PC using a Intel Core 2 Duo E7200, 4GB RAM and onboard graphics on G31M-S2L.

I have set TeamViewer to boot with Windows 7, so every time I have to reboot the PC for any reason, I just wait like 2 minutes and reconnect.
TeamViewer is great for what you need, assuming I understood it correctly :)
