Winamp Issue

Hey everyone,
I am most recently decided to change the music player on my PC (from the crappy media player of Windows 7) to Winamp.
So now I have this issue : instead of showing the music library it tells me "Internet Access Is Currently Disabled".
I want to see the library on my computer , how can I make this go away and show me my library ?

Do you even have the media library open? What window do you see this message in?

It fixed it self some how , I've done nothing came bake to my desk and it shows my library.
