Which Core is the best for over clocking , Winchestor, Clawhammer, Newcastle

Don't mention P4 , Sempron, Opetron, Amd XP, cores
AMD 64 ONLY

1. Opteron is AMD64
2. Arguably the Clawhammer core if you want to consider FX series of procs but if not then WInchesters
