window 7 need help asap

i have a window7. also i'm using hotel management software. today i have a problem .when i open this software i see error This Key is Already Associated with an Element of this Collection. after i hit OK i see anther error Invalid procedure call or argument source .so plz any one help me
 
No, sounds like its an error with the program. Contact the program maker for support.
 
Google that error message and you'll see what I do. It sounds like a visual studio/visual basic error message. Lots of hits on google about it.
 
Yeah, I see what you mean. Sound like something to do with having multiple instances with the same key for another collection.
