window 7 please read

Help my motherboard is Asus P5LD2 I am using window 7, last night I turn off the computer and unplugged the 24 pin socket and plug it back in. this morning my windows 7 starts and ask me to insert the program disk but it does not take it then I get status : oXc000000f what that means? I cannot format my hard drive and reinstall windows its locked can some one help me thank you all

only thing i can suggest is to turn off your computer then turn back on but keep pressing the F8 key until you get to advanced boot options, after that click repair computer and windows should load!!! choose the us keyboard layout and follow the onscreen instructions. if you see a message saying choose a recovery option, just choose startup repair and your computer will begin the startup repair. hope this helps!!
