window 7 wireless snafoooooo

I have Dell MX17 Alienware. Wireless always worked fine until about 2 wks ago. Now it comes up says connecions available but will not connect unless I reset the modem. Called Dell they downloade new drivers, pinged machine and told me to replace the modem (wireless router) had Quest sent me out new router....same crap...called wireless provider..they don't know what is causing this...told me to go online to a help site and ask...so am asking here. Any help or steering me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. my card is EAP-TTLS 5.30.21.0 My router is a pk5000 from Quest.

If you have security set on the router the disable it to see if you can connect. Its possible that the wireless card is bad and needs to be replaced. Does the wireless work anywhere else like a friends house or hotel/motel that offers wireless or bookstore?
