Window doesn't open at their bigest

hi I wanna know if someone could help me fix this plz...
I've installed the skin of Mac OSX on my windows xp, all worked well but when Ive desinstall it, when I open each window (msn, internet watherver..)
At the botom, it wont open at his maximum. there is like 1 cm between the window and the taskbar. please help me :confused:
 
When you installed this "MAC OS" "theme" dud you use a program for it? even though you uninstalled the theme, is the program still running?
 
nope

yeah , uit was a programm, but ive desinstal it and removed the programm, but when ive ionstalled this shit, they said that it will put back the preference of XP back to default. so, I think this is the problem, but I dont know where this option is, this is what I need to know.

right click desktop, then click properties. it should open on the themes page. use the drop doiwn box to set it to windows xp. if this doesnt help, post back
