Window stuck at black screen?!

I was starting my computer, and for some reasons, it got stuck in the black screen that let you choose to start the window with "safe mode", "safe mode with network", "safe mode with ", "Last Good Configuration", and "Normal Start up". Everytime I hit enter or just let the timer count down to zero, it just stuck and restart all over again.

Any idea what I can do?

but I can't even do anything right now, it won't allow me to go into the window. Or do I not need to go into the window for XP recovery?
