Window Vista = Blank Screen

I had installed Vista on my PC and i didnt activate it in 30days and now its showing me a blank screen before i chould see the vista logo . Worst still i try to reinstall the OS and i end up at a blank screen after " window is loading system files " guy i need some help

try making a dos boot floppy and when it has finished making it add delpart.exe from http://www.russelltexas.com/delpart.htm. then restart the computer. when it boots from floppy and loads ms dos, type delpart.exe

then delete the partition and then reinstall windows vista from the disk

that link wasnt working . but i manage to read it on another PC .

btw i had delete the partition with the win xp computer managemnet .

its in raw state and i try to boot for the Vista DVD the same problem occur again .

BLANK was all i can see .
