Windows 10 cannot start, the system repair options do not work, starting from the installation disk does would not help. Recovery point was not created. What to do?

I would probably look at the HDD, it might have failed on you. Any bluescreens pop up saying inaccessible boot volume? Obviously you need to remove the drive and try copying your data over to something else before doing anything.

Can you give more information about this? Was it working at one point and then stop or did you build it and it just hasn't been able to do anything? Does the hard drive have an operating system on it that was installed on a different computer?
