S Stroyed Member Oct 25, 2016 #1 Windows 10 won't let me download anything. I can download things from my web browser but whenever I use an installer, it says another file is downloading even though nothing is downloading. Do I have some sort of virus or some shit?

Darren Moderator Staff member Oct 25, 2016 #2 Did you try restarting? Look at task manager under the processes tab and sort by network usage. Should point you in the right direction.
