windows 10 freezes a few seconds after waking from sleep

Hey folks. Like the title says, my PC freezes most of the time when waking up form sleep. I hit the restart button but nothing happens, so I have to hold down the power button and do a hard shutdown. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Lots of issues with sleep mode. About the only thing you can do is update all your drivers. Other than that, don't use sleep mode.
