Windows 10 ISO File

I was wondering if the Win 10 ISO file that I downloaded is specific to that computer and version of Windows 10 that I created it on? Or can I use this same file if I wanted to reinstall Windows 10 on another computer? Thanks
 
Iso file is generic. You can use it on a different computer so long as you have a purchased cd key that has not been activated on another computer.
 
Yeah it is generic. Works with OEM and Retail keys too.

I only know as I had a retail disk and I reinstalled 10 on an OEM machine with its licence when it screwed up
