I've tried to upgrade to windows 10 from 8.1. Everything downloads ok but after I hit restart, the configuring the files to windows 10 gets to 100% then the computer appears to go into sleep mode.
Last time i tried the update I left it for around 3 and a half hours (computer didn't respond, I forced a restart, which has resulted in my complete profile bring lost.I have no files, apps or Internet access (bar downloading the windows 10 update again). I do get an error message about Windows/ 32 not found.
Any ideas? Thanks
