what is the best advice for anyone running Windows 2000 SP4, e.g what programs should you install to maintain a decent OS, and what to do to keep the machine running smoothly
defraging / disk cleaning your system on a monthly basis with crap cleaner is good, if you had another partition it would be good to install program over there instead of C
