Windows 2003: Bridging help

I have an old computer(386 Mhz AMD-K6(tm) 3D processor, 248MB of RAM and Windows 2003: enterprise edition)
It has a "Netgear WG311 V3 08.11g wireless" adapter and a "HP EN1207D-TX PCI 10/100 Fast Ethernet" adapter.
Both seem to be working and I can access the internet with the computer, but when I bridge the connections, the wireless internet says it is connected, but I can not access the internet.

All I want to do is bridge the wireless card with the wired one so I can have internet on my cheap 20GB ps3.
P.S. I have forced compatibility mode on both of the adapters with no luck.

By the way the router is 2 floors away from the router and gets a low conncection, but it is still good enough for a 150KB/s connection.
