Windows 2003 Server As A Router

Hello, I was wondering if this type of situation is possible.

Can you setup a Windows 2003 Server to act as a border router to an internal network, but have on the public side, 2 NIC cards with 2 different outside ip addresses acting as one with link aggregation 802.3ad and then having a 3rd NIC card for the internal network?:confused:
 
by default no. remote routing and access only supports 1 internet connection. You could use isa server to do to the job.
