Adjust boot order from BIOS. Or use boot menu (if available).
That is not original from Microsoft, I have bought it from ebuy and the I got a link to download it.Check the cd in another system to see if it boots. Is the cd a genuine microsoft install cd or a burnt copy?
You are right, I got it as IOS from online link and after downloading I extracted all files from it to have exe (Windows set up file) regarding to my experience.Since its an ISO image, you can't just copy the file to a cd. You have to use burning software that will work with ISO images to actually write the image to a cd. If you have a computer running windows 7 or higher this can be done automatically. All you do is double click on the iso file and windows disc image burner will pop up and you click on burn. If you don't have windows 7 or higher then use the program called IMGburn to write the image to dvd.
But if I write it direct to dvd can be this cd bootable (because it's only IOS) And also can write it (ios) by Windows or I have to use a special burnner (like Nero or ...) ?Don't extract anything from the iso file. Just use windows disc image burner to write the image to a dvd.
Don't reinstall while inside the existing windows 7. Back up any personal data you want to keep and then boot to the disk to reinstall 7 fresh.
I have already Windows 7 and I want to reinstall it with Windows 7 .What operating system does the system have you are using to burn it to dvd? Like I said, windows 7 or above can do this without any special software installed.
Thanks for your support I will do it, if question, I will keep you in touchThen you just double click on the iso file and windows disc image burner will load up, click on burn and it will burn the image to a dvd. Then you boot to the dvd to reinstall 7.
If you have other burning software installed, it might load up when opening the iso file. If so, then right click on the iso file, click on open with and find windows disc image burner and use that.
There is no such thing as an IOS file. It should say ISO. Thats why you are getting the message as windows doesn't recognize the file type. And you are using Vista not windows 7. Windows disc image burner wasn't available in vista. You should download IMGburn to create the bootable dvd. Either download an actual ISO file or you may have to rename that file so that it reads .iso at the end.
