Windows 7 connecting more than 1

i have windows 7 computer and i try connecting 2 1TB extranel hard drive at time and one will auto start but than stop and disappeare form the computer that show on system but whatn't open went i check Administrative tools
Computer Manegement it show on disk drive but whatn't open
 
you'll need to format the disk. Also while you're in the disk management make sure that each drive has a different drive letter
