windows 7 create self partition?

Hi all i have just tried to install windows 7 in my laptop but when i tried it try's to make some 100mb partition for something called "system files" is there a way that it wont ask or make it? coz 100mb is big space and i can store alot things in it...

Its basically a BitLocker with encryption and with WinRE. Has boot files with boot manager if you dont have a DVD.
 
The fairy tale goes that if you pre-partition the harddrive prior to installation, you can escape the small system partition.
