Windows 7 Explorer Keeps Hanging

My Windows explorer keeps hanging again and again
Random time intervals 5 minutes to 13hours
it prompts the regular not responding list with options like 1.close the program 2.Check for solution 3.Wait for program to respond.
I tried both options 1st and 3rd the exoplorer closes and restarts.

I have Flashget Download Manager Running 24x7

Crive 237GB free of 298GB


CPU Usage 0-2%
Memory Usage 18%
The task running in task bar are
1.Logitech Game Panel Manager
2.Power Iso
3.Avast Free Antivirus

I have done a virus scan nothing comes up.
What can be the problem

Can it be because my CPU temps screwed up my CPU or its a software problem

I think the problem is solved for now hasnt hanged since the time i made this thread
I think this forum is magical
I restarted and did a malware scan and found one infected file and deleted it I think that did the thing
will report tomorrow to confirm whether the problem has been solved or not
