Hey CF, i just installed a copy of windows 7 proffesional 64-bit and i hooked up my logitech g500 mouse and i get this stupid issue with it and i have no idea why. Drivers were installed and such. Here's what happens:

- i can't click on the taskbar to switch between different windows, can't click on windows start button and etc......
- when i do switch to different window (TAB button) i have to click a couple of times on the window to get it to work.
- when i move mouse about a webpage, it tries to scroll like when you push the middle scroll button and the little arrows show up
- sometimes when i click a link a new tab appears even though no settings were made to do that.

I tried the g500 w/ other pcs and it worked fine. Its just on my new setup it does not.

I have no idea what the heck is going on. Its really weird to me as I've never had that problem. ANyone know of any solutions?

Tried multiple USB ports and the like?

Failing that, I hate to jump immediately to Logitech support, but I've delt with them in the past and they're extremely helpful. You might see if they'll replace your mouse!
