windows 7 OEM disc

I know this is the right disc for installing windows 7 64 bit but does it come with the coa, i have looked at all of the details and contacted newegg through there online IM help desk but they couldn't tell me if it comes with the coa i would need.

Yes. All Windows software that Newegg sells includes a key. The disc and packaging only costs about $2 to make. You're basically paying for the COA.
