Windows 7 Outlook question

it separates inbox emails by date, or day..i dont want that, i want them all in there by when they are received but not separate

can you help me?

ps

also has to be an easy way to add contacts, when i type a new contact into an email that i am going to send, what is the easiest way to add that contact and what about incoming new addresses and adding them

the way i have found to do it is about 4 steps and no way it can be that complicated'
